I remember within three months from when my daughter was born, I went back to work and went back to my life. I pushed through like every other mom does and went back to work running around with my head cut off trying to build a life for my family.

All of that running around got me stressed and burnt out and crying on the bathroom floor. As a therapist, I went to therapy and realized what was happening. I told myself a story that as a mom, I needed to be strong for not only me but everyone. I finally reached out to other moms who understood what I was going through, I knew I needed to start a community for moms to feel like they were not alone.

Mommy Consults offers digital products, parenting coaching and wellness courses for working moms with young kids who want to put their wellness needs first and step into their parenting power. It is so important to begin to heal mindfully, spiritually and holistically to be better for our future generation we are creating.
