Mommy Consults
It’s time to take care of US!
After spending a decade working with kids in mental health and education, I thought I had it all figured out. But then I had my own little one, and wow—talk about a reality check. I realized there was a huge gap in parenting programs for moms that actually focused on *our* wellness, not just the kids'.
That’s why I created Mommy Consults. We offer psychology-based digital products, coaching, and events designed specifically for moms who knows how important self-care is.. Our goal? To help you improve your self-care, learn how to manage your emotions, and feel more at peace in your journey.
Check out our digital products, events, and free social media content. It’s time to unlock what wellness really looks like—for you and the legacy you’re building.

About the CEO of Mommy Consults
Hi! I am Michelle Kais.
After having my daughter and completely burning out on self-care, I knew something had to change. That’s why I created Mommy Consults. Life as a working mom is *nonstop*, and I realized there weren’t many resources out there to help moms really understand what it means to build a lasting legacy.
As a wellness coach, I’m here to help you learn the mindful skills you need to manage your emotions, figure out what wellness looks like for *you*, juggle work and life with less stress, and show up as the parent you want to be for your kids.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Florida and I am EMDR trained. If you are interested in therapy services go to: https://michellekais.clientsecure.me
